Dave has over twenty years’ experience in practice across a variety of sectors including masterplanning, mixed-use, residential, retail, leisure and industrial distribution. He brings a creative perspective blended with a key understanding of commercial development which offers the best solutions for our clients. He has an endless passion for contemporary design along with a keen interest in sustainable architecture and construction. Dave has also presented at a number of conferences and webinars on topics such as sustainability and more recently retail repurposing.

His passion for creativity makes him a key member of the team. He works principally within the earlier stages of projects whilst maintaining a monitoring role as projects are delivered to ensure the design principals are not lost during construction. After joining us in our formative years, Dave has grown with the practice and has recently been promoted to Director, closely managing a team of like-minded creative and technical staff.

Personally, Dave enjoys spending time with his three sons, along with enjoying outdoor pursuits such as walking, cycling and open water swimming.
