Position: Architectural Technician/Technologist
Location: Central Stamford/Nottingham
Role overview: We’re on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our team. If you love turning ideas into reality and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and Project Leads to develop comprehensive project briefs, ensuring all requirements are captured
- Prepare, manage and review project documents including drawings and specifications
- Liaise directly with clients and represent Urban Edge in the public forum
- Prepare and monitor project programming and costing parameters
- Proactively support team members and the wider project team, ensuring coordinated and efficient project progression
- Attend site visits and progress meetings, assisting contractors with construction information and reviewing subcontractor details
Skills and experience:
- Minimum of five years postgraduate practical experience in the UK
- Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
- Clear and effective communication with team members and clients
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
