Our open-plan studio promotes a collaborative working environment, with a downstairs boardroom that teams can use to plan and discuss projects. Learning is a part of our culture, senior staff are actively encouraged to mentor less experienced team members and we hold CPD’s on a regular basis. We offer opportunities for further educational studies and specialist training courses. We provide tailored career development paths to all our employees including our own Academy programme for university placement students. We also hold a number of staff social events during the year which build excellent relationships between colleagues and a creates a friendly office atmosphere.
