We were engaged by USS to redevelop the leisure element of The Croft Retail & Leisure Park, Bromborough. Work included re-cladding and remodelling the existing cinema and relocating restaurant/takeaway units to a new dedicated pod, complete with drive-through lane.

Moving existing tenants to the pod freed up space for additional restaurant offers to complement the cinema use, significantly increasing dwell time on the park. On the back of this, further works involved relocation of one of the tenants and the sub-division of the larger unit to bring in new leisure opportunities.

On completion Odeon successfully moved back in, with Nando’s & Havester taking the two remodelled units.
