Set on the north western edge of Chandler’s Ford, within the historic county of Hampshire, this proposed retirement community is located within a 10.3 acre site enclosed by natural woodland.

The site’s topology has led to the development of a carefully considered landscape design; developing the natural fall of the site to provide accessibility across the whole of the site for residents and visitors alike.

The proposed development consists of 91 apartments, 12 cottages and a village centre building. The village centre includes a further 48 apartments, a wellness centre, restaurant, shop and other facilities accessible to residents and the local community. The first phase of the development started on site in June 2021 and is due to complete February 2023. The second and third phases are currently in development.
