We were appointed by RTS Contracts to deliver two brand new retail units and a reconfiguration of the car park at Festival Retail Park in Hanley near Stoke-on-Trent.

The dramatic transformation took place following the closure of the Toys R Us/Babies R Us stores where our client sought to modernise the retail units before reletting them to Next and River Island.

Following a successful planning application, secured prior to our appointment, the scope of works involved preparing a Revit model, the co-ordination of the design team and the subsequent generation of detailed construction drawings. We carefully monitored progress on-site and offered our expertise where necessary to ensure the new units were delivered smoothly, on time and on budget.
