Working for Orchard Street Investment Management, Urban Edge was engaged to design and deliver a £1.2m shake-up of Arun Retail Park, Bognor Regis.

The works included remodelling the former Comet and Kwik-Fit units to create modern retail space for Next and M&S Foodhall. It gave the retail park a contemporary aesthetic to roll out across the rest of the terrace.

Our involvement continued with the completion of a Costa pod within the car park and a sub-division/refurbishment of the Burger King drive-through.
