We were engaged by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership to work up proposals for a new two-unit retail development on the site of a former Magnet store and adjacent unit in the London Borough of Enfield.

The brief was to unify the two sites to create a single furniture-led retail development. The existing Magnet was demolished to make way for a new 16,000 sq.ft unit, whilst the adjacent frontage was remodelled to match the new design. The design delivered a modern aesthetic with large areas of double height glazing to offer good internal visibility, along with feature entrances which gave high prominence on the busy A10 which fronts the site.
