We delivered an extension to the shopping centre following planning approval secured prior to our appointment. The proposals included 11,000 sq.ft of retail floor space and extensive remodelling of the existing French square.

This traditionally detailed scheme references the architecture of its sensitive Cotswolds location. It also acknowledges the look and feel of the existing town centre.

Later we delivered an additional roof pod for H&M and have been engaged by USS to develop short and long term strategies for the centre, including shopfront design guides, reconfiguration of retail units and opportunities to activate fallow areas as new retail floor space.
